When you buy a new computer, and setting it up for the first time.
First thing that should be done before you ever plug in a cableĀ or turn the power on is to read and understand the setup manual. ThenĀ check the parts list against what is in the box. (If you don’t understand something in the manual, call the manufacture, the number is in the manual for technical help. These people are more than willing to help you.)
The manual will help you to set up the computer the correct way, so that there will be no missed steps.
