    =====================================================

Here are some keyboard shortcuts for Windows 7. The Windows Logo button for those who don’t know is the button with the Windows Logo on it. Located usually between the Crtl. and alt buttons.

    * Alt-P = Will display or hide the Explorer preview pane.

    * Windows Logo – G = Display gadget in front of other windows:

    * Windows Logo – (+) or (-) = Zoom in or Zoom out: Which is handy for visually impaired.

You Can have a Clean Screen
You don’t have to minimize all the windows that you have open one-by-one. You can use Areo Shake.

the other windows will automatically minimize. Presto your screen is cleared of all the windows except

Windows 7 has a new jump list. The jump list is in the start menu. These are programs that you frequently use.
    * To access this jump list you can click on the start button.

Maximize the Windows that is open. All you have to do is grab the title bar and raise it up to the top of the screen and let go. This automatically maximize the window. To reduce it just grab the title bar and move it down. It will automatically resize itself to its original size.

    Can You Snap It?

Is a new feature that allows you to grab a title and move it to the left of right side of the screen. When the cursor touches the side of the screen. If you are like me I usually have multiple apps open at once. I might not use them all, but just incase I always like to have them open. But this also gets my taskbar full quick. So what to do? You can combine icons in the taskbar. This will keep your taskbar neat and tidy.

To combine taskbar icons you can right-click the start button and go to properties.

Next you find the taskbar buttons tab, then in the middle of the box you will see a box with an arrow.

Click on the arrow and choose the option that you want.

Putting Videos on the Start Menu

You can put videos on the start menu, making it easy to find them without having to go to the program that has them.

    Then click on properties
Then click on the start menu
Customize and set the videos to “Display as a link.”

These are not the only options that you can choose. Recent Items will help you choose the documents you have been working on.
